Incheon is located on the west side of Seoul.

It is the home of the world renowned Incheon International Airport (far left on the map), which was named the world's best airport by ACI (Airports Council International) for seven straight years.
Since its construction, Incheon International Airport has replaced Gimpo International Airport in Seoul as the de facto place for people coming in and out of South Korea.

The City of Incheon is the third largest city in South Korea, after Seoul and Busan, in terms of population.
Incheon is the host city of the 2014 Asian Games.
