Do Koreans eat dogs?

Do Koreans eat dogs?

I've seen people eat dogs, so the answer is yes. But if you are asking if Koreans eat dogs like Americans eating hamburgers or the Chinese eating noodles, then the answer would be no. Many decades ago, Korea was a very poor place and people did not have a lot of options on what to eat. I'm sure most Koreans ate dogs back then. But now, there is no shortage of food in South Korea so eating dogs is really not that popular anymore. Most Koreans I know do not eat dogs regularly or at all. However, there are still some restaurants left in Korea that serve dog meat.
